At Link Into Life, we are committed to providing exceptional, client centred support to people with disabilities, mental health issues, and aged care needs across Brisbane and Ipswich. Following our expansion, we are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who can join our team.

  • hours of work available between 15 and 30 hours a week

About the Role: Support Coordinator

This is not just another role, it is a unique opportunity to drive the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance: Ensuring all documentation meet NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission protocols and NDIS Legislation.

  • Financial Management: Monitoring plan utilisation and budgets for both Aged Care and NDIS clients.

  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with our Director and team of Support Coordinators to streamline operations and share innovative ideas.


Who We Are Looking For

We need someone who is proactive, initiative taking and passionate about client outcomes.

  • Demonstrated experience in NDIS Support Coordination is preferred

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) is preferred, however other qualifications or strong relevant experience will also be accepted.

  • Strong knowledge of compliance and audit-ready processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn other programs.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license, reliable transport, and necessary screening checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card, and Police Check).

  • Willingness to work in a small team and ability to work independently
