Support at Home

What is Support at Home?

Support at Home is an Australian Government program that delivers government-funded aged care services to help older people stay at home for longer, and it gives you access to a defined list of services to support you to live at home for longer.

Who is Eligible?

Support is generally available to Australians aged 65 and over (or 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples), following an assessment through My Aged Care to work out the level of help you need.

How does it work?

Once you're assessed, you'll be assigned one of 8 funding classifications, and you can choose registered providers to deliver the services in your plan — with personal care services fully funded at no out-of-pocket cost from 1 October 2026.

How we can help?

We work as an Associate Provider to Kal'ang Community Care Aboriginal Corporation who is a Registered Aged Care Provider. Once you've had your an ACAT ssessment and know your funding classification, we can work with you to deliver the services in your plan. Not sure where to start?
