The Benefits of Using a Mental Health Social Worker
Mental Health Social Workers are highly qualified allied health professionals who provide comprehensive clinical assessments, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and coordinated case management for complex needs.
When supporting Veterans, aged care clients, and NDIS participants, Mental Health Social Workers maintain current registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), adhere to the AASW Code of Ethics, engage in regular professional supervision, and complete ongoing professional development to ensure best practice standards.
Social Work has long played a vital role in supporting complex and often vulnerable families across a range of environments. Within the NDIS space, Mental Health Social Workers can provide:
-
