Meet Our Team

Dedicated to Empowering Lives

Amanda Renger, Founder

After working for many years in Health and Disability Services, and with a Masters in Mental Health Social Work and Counselling, Amanda decided to set up Link Into Life to provide a better type of care for people in the community.  With her own personal experience caring for ageing parents and having children on NDIS, she had recognised families needed flexible support and caring staff to help them build their identities outside of their age, health or disability needs.  Amanda has crafted a team that is made of people who have heart and soul and lived experience with a passion to see people thrive.  Her vision has always been to build lives and better communities.

Working across Aged Care, NDIS, DVA and Open Arms, Amanda and the team at Link into Life enjoy seeing good outcomes for people while helping them stay afloat in the storm they often find themselves in.

When not doing this work, Amanda spends time with how own home-made chaos  in the form of dogs, a cat, young adult sons, girlfriends and a husband! (She does love them all dearly) Her goals - which she has been chasing for a long time, are to get back to horse-riding, making her garden as stunning as she imagines it could be, and spend days in a quiet spot near a river with her online Short Drama and book addictions!

Sarah -  Support Coordinator

Sarah is a mum of three children and three fur babies. She has a strong passion for helping others and takes a holistic, person-centred approach in all areas of life. She is non-judgemental, empathetic and committed to helping people feel supported.

As a proud First Nations woman, Sarah values connection, community and the importance of building the “village” of support that everyone deserves.

Sarah brings nearly five years of experience in her role, along with valuable lived experience. She believes small things matter and can make a big difference in building progress, trust and strong support networks. She is realistic, practical and solution-focused. Sarah understands that meaningful progress takes time and sees supporting people as an investment in their future.

Outside of work, Sarah loves animals, especially dogs, and enjoys the simplicity they bring to life. Family is important to her, and she spends most of her time with her children doing the things they love.

Sarah is independent, down-to-earth and likes to keep things simple. She doesn’t take ‘no’ as answer very well, and mostly the team listens, as she ends up being right anyway.

We are proud to have a First Nations woman on our team and are committed to creating a culturally safe workplace and delivering culturally respectful services to the people we support.

We currently are based in Darra  Qld, but our work extends out across greater Brisbane and so we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waters across our service footprint, extending from Burpengary down to Logan and Beenleigh, and west across Brisbane to Laidley. We recognise the Kabi Kabi, Jinibara, Turrbal, Yuggera, Yugambeh, Ugarapul, and Yugarabul peoples as the original owners of these regions. We pay our deep respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging, and extend that respect to all First Nations peoples visiting our website
